
what you need:
- 3 1/2 oz. fish of choice (refer to food guide)
- Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dill
Directions:
- Put fish in a peice of foil large enough to wrap around and seal.
- Drizzle desired lemon juice over the top. You may also shave small peices off to give a bit more flavor.
- Season with Dill, Salt, & Pepper
- Bake in oven at 375 until golden brown. (30 -40 min) untill fish flakes easily.
* Try cooking a few peices at time (: This way you will have extra for the week to use on a salad or alone w/veggies (: Store in sandwich baggies.
Strawberry Lemonade
what you need:
- 1 quart water OR mineral/sparkling water
- 1 lemon squeezed
- 1 sliced strawberry
- 2 packs of stevia/splenda etc.
- ICE ICE baby
Mix together. You may garnish with strawberries or smash them up and mix together for more color. You may also try using a blender then freezing it for a yumo slushy! SOOO Fresh!
