Mint?

Mint is a natural and great way to suppress your appetite. Ever wonder why you are given a mint after dinner at a restaurant? Mint can dull the taste buds thus decreasing your cravings for foods and sweets!

Sugar free, fat free, cal free gums are ok on our HCG protocol. Be sure they are not "Sugar Less" this only means it has less sugar... (tricky we know) Most of us just grab and go..
We have yet to find a candy mint that is zeros all the way through and works for the protocol. They usually list calories instead of fat. Be sure to analyze all your labels and as always Keep up the good work!
