* Cabbage (allowed amount)
* Juice of half lemon
* 1/2 t spicy mustard
* Salt and pepper to taste
1.Place cabbage in steamer. Cover and steam 5-10 minutes, until slightly tender.
2. In small bowl, combine spicy mustard and lemon juice.
3.Place cabbage in bowl. Add lemon mustard, mix and toss.
4.Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
5. Serve immedietly.
If you have no steamer available, simply place and cover a strainer/colander over a pot of boiling water.

I've read several web pages about the hcg diet. Some say to use 125 iu of HCG and others say 200 to 250? What do you use at your clinic?
