Water!

*Your lungs expel between 2 and 4 cups of water each day through normal breathing - even more on a cold day.


* Feet can sweat up to 1 cup water daily. Perspire up to 2 cups daily.


* Water makes up to 60 percent of your body weight. Every system in your body depends on water.

* Human bones are 25% water


*Human brains are 75% water


* Water can prevent and lessen illness....(yucky winter flu/colds)


* Fruits and Veggies contain lots of water! 1 orange has 87 % of water. Cucumber 95 % water.


* Soft drinks, coffee, and tea, while made up of almost entirely of water also contain caffeine. Caffeine can also act as a mild diuretic, preventing water from traveling to the necessary locations in the body...So dont count your diet coke for water intake (;


* The human body can go for about a month without food, but can only go 1 week without water!


* Water helps maintain healthy body weight by increasing metabolism and regulating appetite.


* Water leads to increased energy. Afternoon fatigue can sometimes be from mild dehydration.


* Drinking adequate amounts of water can decrease the risks of many health problems.


* Water can alliviate headaches.


* Water naturally moisterizes skin and ensures proper cellular formation underneath layers of skin to it a healthy, glowing appearance.


* Water aids digestion and prevents dehydration.


* Water is the primary mode of transportation for all nutrients in the body and is essential for proper circulation.

There is many many more reasons to get your daily intake of water...just keeping you motivated to get your daily recommended amount! (take weight divide it by 2..thats how many oz. you should be drinking!)
