Pumpkin Mocha
It's that time of year when I'm yearning to taste that pumpkiny goodness. Here's something that gets me through the day when I'm thinking about wanting to bake a fresh pumpkin pie.
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend until frothy. Serve immediately.
TIP: You can also add ice to blender to make this a pumpkin mocha frappucino.
NOTE: This includes your daily allowance of milk.
This sounds so good to me right now! I am going to give it a try... thanks!
ReplyDeleteI bought flavor syrups from the coffee aisle at Albertson's for $4. They are made with Splenda, and all zero's on nutrition info. Torani brand, and they had vanilla, chocolate, hazelnut, and raspberry. Way cheaper than flavored Stevia or flavored Splenda. Not as many flavor options as Stevia, but great for the price!
ReplyDeletesweet! good to know!
ReplyDeleteIs Hazelnut flavoring okay?
ReplyDeleteas long as it is sugar free, fat free, cal free then it is ok to use. Check the lable.
