Recipe of the day!

Citrus Shrimp & Greens
3.5 oz of shrimp
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. lime juice
3 T. apple cider vinegar
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. pepper
1⁄2 t. onion salt
Place fish in a bowl and mix together all ingredients and let it stand and marinate for 1⁄2 hour. You can either grill the shrimp on a grill or in a non-stick frying pan. Serve over your favorite salad greens in 3.5 oz. Enjoy!

  1. are we allowed pickles? they ARE just cucumbers and vinegar

  2. Pickles usually have sugar added to them along with preservatives. Dr. Simeon does not have pickles listed on his food guide. If you are pickleing your own cucumbers with sugar free vinegar and artifical sweetners that would work. Check the labels. Make sure the things you are using are sugar free,fat free,cal free. We just say stick to his protocol for full results.
