  1. I lost 29lbs my first round of HCG. I am starting my second today, and am very excited. I did cheat twice the first time, so I am dedicated to following the diet to a T this time.

  4. If it is sugar free, fat free, cal free then it is ok to use on the diet as a sweetner. Be sure to use artificial sweetners sparingly. Too much daily can sometimes result in upset stomach, diarrhea, and or bloating. S:

  5. Can you tell me if Sauerkraut is allowed during the 500 calorie part of the HCG. The ingredients are cabbage, water & salt. If so, what amount would be allowed.

  6. Look on the back of the bottle and if there is no fat, no sugar, no calories then it is fine to have. We always say everything in moderation. If you are going to be using a 3.5 oz worth daily you might want to eliminate a vegetable portion due to it being made of cabbage.(:

  12. Melba toast comes in alot of different brands. As long as they arent melba snacks then your good. They have them at most health food stores.

  13. As long as your creamers are sugar free, fat free and calorie free you are free to use them. Ask for the ingredients in the syrup because it might have fat added.

  14. Is COD okay to eat? It's a light white fish, but I don't see it on the approved list.

  15. COD is not on the hcg protocol. We recommend that you follow Dr. Simeons food guide perfectly. That type of fish would probably be fine to have on the Grace Period. But NOT during the shots. SO stick it in the freezer and save it for later.
