5 Helpful Tips for Thanksgiving!
If you are on a the hcg diet..Thanksgiving is a struggle. We want to help prepare you somewhat in your decision making on this wonderful day of thanks.
1st-Be Thankful that you have made it this far......... JK
2nd-Eat your alotted servings right before the big dinner (:
3rd-Thank your lucky stars you've got that appetite suppressant! (: Depending on your dose..in some cases you can take 2 .. (15mg). Take one in the early morning and one around noon. Remember you may have trouble sleeping by taking it later.
4th-Bring along your own homade recipe (See "Baked Apple" Below)
5th-Be sure to drink lots of water!
Be sure to Give your family your extra calories and be Thankful that your not gaining the extra pounds this Holiday Season! (:
