  1. Help.. I'm on my second round and the weight is not coming off as fast as it did with the first round. I'm doing everything the same except this round I've add grapes, because I was told it was okay. How much should I expect to be losing each week. I loose about 2 lbs a week is this normal?

  2. Be sure that you are thoroughly looking through everything you are eating and checking ingredients to be sure your not unknowingly making a mistake. Also drink alot of water to help any plateaus. You may also do an apple day (refer to apple day in food guide) If you havent lost any weight within 7 days time. Another thing to consider menstration cycles - it will also make you plateau either before or after your cycle. You can call us anytime if you feel like your struggling and need some advice(:

  3. OH MY HECK.....is it normal to be itchy all the time. my poor skin is so dry. I've been using the baby oil but it dosen't seem to be helping.

What can I do to make it stop? Can I use regular baby lotion. It dosen't seem to have anything bad in it.

  4. You can use ahava lotion (you can get online or at christensens) For the itching you can take bendril for itching or use over the counter hydrocortisone cream or just regular aloe. Skin dryness is a part of the diet and its a real pain we know! Just remember its temporary. Try using your products right after you shower so they penetrate better.
