  1. So, can we double the "1cup portion" on the grace period? ( 2 cups of watermelon)

  2. I am told on the maintenance (or grace) Phase I can take my calcium with D if it doesn't have starch in it. What are starch ingredients? Can you tell me if any of these ingred. is starch?
hypromellose, microcrystalline, cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, titanium dioxide, magnesium stearate, FD&C yellow #5, FD&C Blue #1, propylene glycol, triacetin, stearic acid, acacia gum, maltodextrin.
Looking at this there are a lot of lose in the first few ingredients maybe there is too much sugar in these. But I am really concerned about getting my calcium because i have thinning of the bones. I should take 3 tablets a day.

  8. Okay, I'm kind of worried, I heard that you don't lose as much weight on the 2nd round of HCG, is this true? I am hoping to lose the same amount that I did on the first round. I lost 53 ( HCG and grace period) lbs on the first round and hoping to lose at least 50 more lbs on my second round. ( I've got aleast 70 lbs more to go) Will I be able to make my goal with the HCG diet?

  9. I have been reading information on the internet regarding the hcg diet. I see that there are different strenghts and recommendations suggesting injecting 0.5 cc per day whereas we are told to inject .25 cc per day. What is the strenght of the hcg that we are taking? Why are there different strenghts? Why are we taking half the dosage than what is recommended on the internet hcg sites? Does the dosage (cc's) matter? Is there a limit to how much hcg one should take to still be considered safe? Thanks!

  10. WHY? Does it take so long for somebody to respond to our questions?
Are you sure the carmel dip is okay to have? It is made with cornstarch.

Typically you loose close to the same on the 2nd round as you did the 1st. The grace period has to be done correctly and the time reccomended ( 3wks - 6wks) has to be done to prevent immunity. Be sure that you follow everything the samne as you did on the 1st round. Even though you did it once before, the process starts all over again.

On the Hcg diet your vial is a 5,000 unit vial. 5,000 is reccomended for a single use. The reason that some doses are different is maybe because its in drop form (body will digest half) or doses maybe given twice a day...and so on.. Some Physicians may choose to prescribe a different way. If you have too much hormone in your system it can actually slow weight loss. The dosage can range from 125 units to at the most 200 units. In a 5,000 unit vial you are giving yourself 125 units daily. We use 5,000 vials in our office. If you have additional questions please feel free to call our office @ 628-6466 (:

  14. CARAMEL DIP by Walden Farms is fat free sugar free and cal free. All the Walden Farms dressings and dips are made for diabetics and are acceptable on the hcg diet. If it says it is made with cornstarch BUT is zeros all the way through then it should be just fine. Walden Farms is used in all HCG protocols. If it is a concern then use sparingly or stick to the dressings only. We took the post about caramel dip off due to the imput of a patient who wasnt pleased with the taste...so we wouldnt want anyone to waste their moola if its no good(: BUT try it if you would like.

This is the info they give on the website..

Enjoy rich, creamy caramel dip “The Walden Way.” Delicious and guilt free! Stop using high calorie, sugary caramel dip that easily adds 220 calories in just 2 level tablespoons. Instead, switch to Walden Farms Calorie Free Caramel Dip. Made with natural caramel flavor, it tastes so incredibly delicious it’s hard to believe that it has no calories, fat, carbs, gluten or sugars of any kind. Enjoy with sliced apples or pears, over ice cream, in a smoothie, a parfait or with a cool whipped topping.
Switch and save hundreds of calories every time, “The Walden Way.”
