3 1/2 oz. of hormone free steak- or chicken
3 1/2 oz. tomato
minced garlic
1 t oregeno
1 t basil
1/4 t chili powder
black pepper
Pre- heat oven to 350
Place 1/2 the tomato in casserole dish
Add meat on top of the tomato and add garlic
In a small bowl, toss the rest of the tomato, oregeno, chili powder, and black pepper. Put on top of the steak.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil or lid
Bake 45-60 min
tip: If using chicken, sear each side for a minute or two in frying pan with dash of salt or pepper (just until browned). Then follow the same steps as above.
this is baking chicken... is that allowed? I thought we could only boil or grill.
ReplyDeletebaking chicken is allowed. Its reccomended to boild chicken to remove all fat completely. You can cook your food on and in anything you want, as long as there are no oils involved. (:
