Only Fresh Fish :)

I thought I would just mention this...
One of our patients recently brought to my attention that frozen fish from the grocery store can sometimes have hidden ingredients and high calories. Please make sure you are only eating FRESH FISH. I know it is really hard to find fresh fish in-land so please be careful.

  1. What if the frozen fish - in the ingredients - only lists the fish. Do you think that's ok?

    What about frozen chicken breasts, is that ok?
