Shop at Harmons

Hello everyone. Yesterday we decided to go around St. George and find everything that is offered on the HCG menu. We found that EVERTYHING can be found at Harmons (in St. George)!!! This includes Saccharin (aisle 10), Z-sweet (aisle 25 under the flour), Stevia (aisle 25), Liquid aminos (aisle 25 under the dressings), Sambal Oelek Sauce (actually called Huy Fong Sambal Oelek Sauce on aisle 9) we also found Grissini (aisle 3 by bread) and Melba Snacks (aisle 5 by crackers on bottom shelf). These breadsticks are actually allowed on the diet but we could never find them. You are allowed one breadstick at lunch and one at dinner. (They are more like small crackers and not breadsticks so don't get your hopes up, sorry) There is a GREAT variety of salad dressings called Walden Farms (aisle 10 top shelf). we did find a couple lotions Eucrin and Nivea (Original Formula ONLY) that may be used VERY SPARINGLY. They do have lanolin in them further down on the ingredient list so only use them on hands and feet elbows, knees, excluding the face. If your weight loss plateau's stop using these lotions. We are actually debating wether to get the lotions off Dr. Simeon's website and sell them in our office. This will depend on how people react with the Eucrin and Nivea. All products including face lotions and makeup are 40% off in our office until the end of January. If you are Acne prone we have oil free face lotions and other great products.
