3 1/2 oz. Chunks of chicken or shrimp
3 1/2 oz. Tomato
Vegetables of your preference on skewer in 3 1/2 oz.
Season with herbs and lemon juice prior to grilling.
Ready in 10 minutes.

If you like it HOT
try this:
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons instant minced onion
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 teaspoon instant minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
SPICY!
Spicy foods can increase your water intake and be very satisfying. Get creative with spices..it makes a huge difference!
For a Herb seasoning mix:
try this:
1 tbsp. dried thyme
1 tbsp. dried oregano
2 tsp rubbed sage
1 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
For Cajun spices:
try this:
3 Tbs. Salt
1 Tbs. Paprika
1 Tbs. Onion powder
1 TB Garlic powder
1 Tbs. Cayenne pepper
1/2 Tsp. White pepper
1 1/2 Tsp. Whole thyme
3/4 Tsp. Black pepper
1/2 Tsp. Whole oregano
