Tips to get you through a tough week (;

- Chew sugar free gum while fixing dinner
- Never go to the grocery store hungry
- Try to never leave home hungry
- Drink ice water
- Chew on ice
- Keep yourself busy with projects or hobbies
- Stand up while eating
- Don't swallow food until flavor is gone
- Make a list of reasons why you want to lose weight and post them on your fridge, or anywhere you might be tempted to cheat.
- Don't eat after 5 or 6PM
- Cut out fast food or restaurants completely from your diet, try inviting people over and cooking for them.

  1. I have found that when I am really hungry if I exercise I am not hungry anymore. Also drinking crystal light helps me alot more than water. The Wal-Mart GV brand has 0 calories the real Crystal Light has 5. So buy the Wal-mart kind!!

  2. This week has felt extremely hard for me. I am so completely sick of eating the same foods I can hardly eat anything. Yesterday I was so hungry and couldn't eat anything (allowed) and I gave into my cravings... I am on day 18 and I am wondering how exactly this can effect my long term weight loss. Does it effect metabolism?

  3. I would like to know when you can start your loading days. From midnight the first day to midnight the second day,or. Do you have to wait until you have your first shot, before you can start loading?
