Spicy Cabbage Soup!

3 1/2 oz raw meat (chicken, lean beef, shrimp, crab, lobster)
onion powder to taste (sugar free)
3 1/2 oz cup shredded cabbage
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1-3 tsp ground red pepper (depends how spicy you like)

Put raw meat in a pot with a few cups of water. Cook meat until fully cooked - add more water if necessary. Then add cabbage and spices adding water to level of cabbage. Simmer on medium until tender crisp. Season to taste - may need to add 1 tsp of sea salt.
