I know someone asked about hamburger earlier but I'm asking again. When I went to Harmon's to do my shopping the butcher actually recommended I buy the Angus ground beef as it it leaner than both the ground sirloin and the veal. I asked about hormones and he said if you get the kind they grind daily it is completely hormone free with no added ingredients. With that in mind, wouldn't it be better to use that instead of the ground sirloin or veal?
ReplyDeleteCan you use the Ahava lotion on your face?
ReplyDeleteStacie,
ReplyDeleteAs far as Dr. Simeons protocol (which we follow) it says no hamburger. Its really your decision. We reccomend sticking exactly to the his specific protocol, because of the great results %67-70 out of %100 of people who never had to diet again in his clinic. We insist on following his protocol to get that full result.
The Ahava lotion can be used on the face. If you have problem skin, or acne prone skin, you will want to choose another product to use on your face. The Corn huskers lotion would be fine to use on the face. In our office we have a great moisterizer by Dermalogica called "Active Moist" which runs at about sm 35.00 Lrg 48.00 which can be a great one for the diet or not(;
ReplyDeleteCheck your misspellings on the website home page.
ReplyDeleteOur office website is currently under construction, and has been for awhile. We know there is nothing current AT ALL on it, and I should actually remove the link so its not confusing. We appologize that the spelling is incorrect...
ReplyDeleteI could only find Creamy baby oil this week. It says mineral though so I just wondered if the creamy is okay or if anyone has encountered this problem. thanks mis
ReplyDeleteI would probably stick to Mineral oil, baby oil, corn husckers lotion, and ahava lotion only. You can call us with the ingredients of the lotion and we can determine if it would work or not too!
ReplyDeletePlease try to write your questions on the most recent post..otherwise...this happens.. Im so sorry we didnt get this in time ):
