No more Cottage Cheese
I know this sounds a little harsh, but there has been too many people calling that have plateau'd that are eating cottage cheese. We feel that if you are eating cottage cheese more than two or three times a week that it is too much. Remember the cottage cheese is only for vegetarians that cannot get a better source of protein. The cottage cheese was not originally included in the diet and now that we have added it for vegetarians, it has been brought to our attention that it is getting used excessively. If you are not a vegetarian please stop adding the cottage cheese into your diet. If you have been consistantly substituting your protein by eating the cottage cheese please discontinue. You will have better success in the long run.

Should I have to exercise everyday to maintain my weight? I have been very good about exercising every day and now I am on maitenance but it seems like if I miss one day of working out I gain almost 2 lbs. Also even though I am staying around the same weight I am putting inches back on. ??? I am really worried this is going to be the trend and I will end up right where I started. I have never cheated EVER! Not even a tiny bite or taste of anything. What do you recommend?
ReplyDeleteDuring your grace period or maintenence phase if your weight goes up by 2 lbs you should be following the Steak and apple protocol. Refer to your Food Guide for directions. Make sure to be drinking alot of water. Excersize - if in creased will only help. During the 1000 calorie or grace period your having alot more protein to work with for muscle strength and building. It will only benefit you to excersize more. As for the inches and weight, if your weight is maintaining I wouldnt worry about the inches. Keep in mind you do bloat and hold water during menstruation. Consider a thorough look at everything your eating and make sure that everything is as followed. (:
ReplyDeleteQuick question, are the hard boiled eggs strickly for the vegs, I am totally sick of chicken and think that would make a great choice for replacement, I am on the maintance phase?
ReplyDeleteEggs and cottage cheese can cause a plateau if used to much. Its hard to each the chicken everday, but the vegetarians do lose alot slower.
